1. We are a budgetary institution. Is it possible to enter the invoice for purchase into the SABIS system?

Yes, it is possible. First, place an order on our online store by selecting the payment method "Bank Transfer". The system will automatically generate a proforma invoice for payment.

When placing the order, indicate in the order comments that the invoice needs to be entered into the SABIS system. You can also inform us by email at info@goodparty.lt or by phone at +370 698 50807.

Upon receiving the payment and shipping the goods, the final invoice will be automatically uploaded to the SABIS system. 

2. I found a similar product, but I need a larger size, a different color, without an inscription, etc.?

Please contact us! If we have a similar product but you need a different size, color, or without certain elements, we can help you. Feel free to get in touch, and we will expand our assortment according to your preferences.

3. Do you offer discounts for decorators or game rooms?

Yes, we offer discounts to loyal customers. The discount system depends on turnover and can range from 10% to 35%. To learn more, please contact us.

4. Can all balloons be filled with helium?

It depends on the size of the balloon. Balloons smaller than 28 cm in diameter or modeling balloons are usually not filled with helium. If you have doubts or did not find enough information in the product description, be sure to contact us regarding a specific product, and we will provide consultation.

5. I'm worried that colors may differ or not match. Can I consult with you and get help with coordinating goods and attributes?

Absolutely, please get in touch! We are happy to help and provide advice on coordinating goods, colors, and themes. If needed, we can send additional photos through your preferred communication method.

7. How to pick up the goods? 

You can pick up the goods in Panevėžys by arranging in advance by phone at +370 698 50807 within 1-3 business days. We also offer FREE delivery of goods in Panevėžys! 

8. How long do helium balloons last?

The floating time of helium balloons is approximate. It depends on the balloon type, size, material, treatment, and storage conditions.
✔️ Latex (rubber) balloons without special sealing gel float for about 10–12 hours. As latex is a porous material, helium gradually escapes through it.
✔️ Latex balloons with special "Hi-Float" gel float twice as long (depending on environmental conditions).
✔️ Foil balloons usually last much longer than latex (from 5–7 days to several weeks), but their duration also depends on the shape and size of the balloon.
✔️ We prepare balloons responsibly, but their lifespan can vary even between the same type or color of balloons, so we do not guarantee a specific floating time.

Environmental Impact (Temperature and Air)
✔️ Store balloons at room temperature. Protect them from direct sunlight, heat, cold, drafts, and the effects of air conditioning.
✔️ Helium reacts to temperature: in the cold, the gas contracts, making the balloon appear deflated. In the warmth, helium expands again, and the balloon regains its shape.
✔️ Protect balloons from rough surfaces, sharp objects, or friction – this can damage the balloon's airtightness.

Transport and Storage
✔️ Do not leave balloons in the car – sudden temperature changes (heat or cold) can affect their appearance and floating time.
✔️ Once you have picked up the balloons, try to transport them to the celebration venue as soon as possible. After the balloons are handed over to the customer, their storage and transportation conditions have the greatest influence on the final result.
✔️ We recommend picking up helium balloons or ordering delivery as close to the event time as possible so that they look their best.

Safety and Responsibility
✔️ Helium gas is not flammable, but it is strictly forbidden to inhale it – it is dangerous to health.
✔️ Do not leave small children unattended with balloons due to potential choking hazards (especially if a balloon pops).
✔️ Be responsible – do not release balloons into the sky; protect nature.
