Return Conditions for Goods

    In our online store, you have the right to withdraw from a remote contract and return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

    Return Rules:

    1. The items must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, and retain their marketable appearance.
    2. The buyer is responsible for the quality and safety of the item until it reaches the seller.
    3. Returned items must be complete, along with all accessories and documents.
    4. If the item was purchased at a discount or as part of a special offer, its return is only possible together with all related items.
    5. The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, except in cases where a defective or incorrectly shipped item is returned.
    6. Money for returned items will be refunded no later than 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded (except in cases of returning a defective or incorrectly shipped item).

    Items That Cannot Be Returned:

    Some items cannot be returned by law if they have been unpacked or used:

    • Custom-made items or those tailored to personal needs.
    • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
    • Items whose original packaging has been damaged or are no longer suitable for resale.
    • Hygiene and cosmetic products, underwear, socks, tights.
    • Perfumes, cosmetics, and toiletry preparations.
    • Books, reproductions, and other printed works.
    • Food items, plants, and animals.
    • Watches, jewelry, musical instruments.
    • Items prepared, cut, or tailored specifically at the buyer's request.


    How to Return an Item:

    To return an item, please contact us via email at info@goodparty.lt and specify in the subject line: “Regarding order return.”

    In the email, please include the following information:

    • Order number:
    • Buyer's name and surname:
    • Name of the item being returned:
    • Reason: (Please refund my money because...)
    • Bank account number (if the money is to be refunded by transfer):


    The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned item if it does not meet the return conditions.
